General Questions

What types of photography are suitable for your studios?
Our studios are versatile and cater to a wide range of photography styles, including portrait, fashion, product, commercial, and fine art photography. Each studio is equipped with various amenities to accommodate different needs. Studio A is perfect for large-scale productions, Studio B offers a vintage aesthetic ideal for portraits, and Studio C is designed for minimalist and product shoots. What are your operating hours?
Luminescence Studios is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. We can sometimes accommodate early or late bookings; please contact us directly to discuss your requirements. We strive to be flexible to meet your scheduling needs.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for our clients. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the studio entrance, ensuring easy access. We have ample parking, but during peak hours, it is advisable to arrive a bit early to secure a spot.
Are pets allowed in the studios?
We understand that pets can be an integral part of photoshoots. We do allow pets on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your booking to discuss the specifics. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount to currently enrolled students with a valid student ID. Please present your ID upon arrival. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. It is our way of supporting the next generation of creative professionals.

Booking and Pricing

How do I book a studio?
Booking a studio is easy! You can book directly through our website on the rooms page, where you can check availability and select the desired time slot. Alternatively, you can contact us via phone or email to make your reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your studio time.
What is included in the studio rental price?
The studio rental price includes access to the selected studio, basic lighting equipment (strobes, softboxes, reflectors), backdrops, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additional equipment rentals are available at an extra cost. The price also includes use of our changing rooms and common areas.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 to 72 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding of our policy.
Do you offer hourly or full-day rentals?
Yes, we offer both hourly and full-day rental options to suit your needs. Hourly rates are available for shorter projects, while full-day rentals offer greater flexibility and cost-effectiveness for larger productions. Please consult our rooms page for specific pricing details.

Equipment and Facilities

What equipment is available for rent?
We have a wide range of professional equipment available for rent, including various lenses, cameras, light modifiers, and specialized tools. A comprehensive list with pricing can be found on our website or by contacting us directly. We ensure our equipment is regularly maintained and in excellent working condition.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Please inform us in advance of any large or unusual equipment you plan to bring to ensure it is compatible with our studio setup. We also require that all client-owned equipment is used responsibly and safely.
Do you provide assistance with setting up lighting?
Yes, our experienced lighting technician, Igor Smirnov, is available to assist with setting up lighting and providing technical support. Please request his assistance when booking your studio time. His expertise ensures you get the best possible lighting for your shoot.
Are there changing rooms and restrooms available?
Yes, we have clean and private changing rooms and restrooms available for your convenience. These facilities are regularly maintained to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for all our clients and their teams.
