Book Studio DBooking Information
To book a studio at Luminescence Studios, please follow these guidelines:
- Reservations: All studio bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our studio manager, Elena Morozova.
- Minimum Booking Time: The minimum booking time for each studio is 2 hours.
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your booking will forfeit the deposit.
- Equipment Rental: Additional equipment is available for rent, including cameras, lenses, and specialized lighting equipment. Please inquire about availability and pricing when booking.
- Studio Rules: Please respect the studio space and equipment. Any damage to the studio or equipment will be the responsibility of the client.
- Studio Access: You will have access to the studio 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time for setup. Please ensure that you vacate the studio promptly at the end of your booking.
- Assistance: Our team, including lighting technician Igor Smirnov, is available to provide assistance with lighting setup and technical support. Please let us know in advance if you require assistance.
